How to count the calories – is the recipe high or low in calories? What ways are there of reducing the calories/fat/sugar content?
What inventive alternatives are there to make sure we eat as many fruits and vegetables as possible?

Asia Sobczak has 50 recipes for dumplings /pies – she is going to prepare at least 10 recipes for different kinds of pies / dumplings, students are going to prepare the stuffing at home on Friday night, then they will do the rest on Saturday at school. Sts will be working in 10 international groups – a competition for best dumplings and serving.
